Chinese battery maker CATL to acquire Millennial Lithium Corp for USD298 million
CATL has also reimbursed Millennial Lithium Corp for the termination fee of USD10 million paid to Ganfeng
Canadian mining company Millennial Lithium Corporation announced on 28 September that it has entered into a definitive arrangement agreement with Mainland China based EV battery maker Contemporary Amperex Technology Company Ltd. (CATL) pursuant to which CATL will acquire the former for about USD298 million (CAD377 million).
