DuPont to buy Rogers and divest part of its Mobility & Materials business
The acquisition is expected to help DuPont grow its next business in the next generation electric and autonomous vehicles market.
American chemicals giant DuPont Inc. announced via press release on 2 November that it had agreed to acquire Arizona-based specialty engineered materials company Rogers Corporation for USD5.2 billion.
