Johnson Matthey announces divestment of its Advanced Glass Technologies business to Fenzi Holding
Transaction is expected to complete by spring 2022
Johnson Matthey (JM) announces the sale of its Advanced Glass Technologies (AGT) business to Fenzi Holdings SPV S.p.A (“Fenzi Group”) for EUR178 million (USD20.08 million), it said in a press release on 24 November.
