US FTC sues to block Nvidia's takeover of Arm
Throughout the investigation, Commission staff worked closely with staff from the EU, the UK, Japan, and South Korea.
According to an official press release dated 2 December, the Federal Trade Commission filed a lawsuit to prevent US chip supplier Nvidia Corp. from acquiring UK chip design provider Arm Ltd. for USD40 billion.
