Rio Tinto has acquired the Rincon lithium project in Argentina from Rincon Mining for USD825 million

Global metals and mining company Rio Tinto has signed a binding agreement to acquire the Rincon lithium project in Argentina from Rincon Mining for USD825 million, the company announced on 21 December 2021.
