Worthington acquires Tempel for USD255 million
The acquisition is expected to make Worthington the new world leader in the growing EV motor electrical steel market
Ohio metal manufacturing company Worthington announced via press release on 1st December that its Steel Processing Unit has acquired motor and transformer lamination manufacturer Tempel Steel Company for USD255 million.
