Acquisition will enable ABC Technologies to offer expanded portfolio with automation expertise
ABC Technologies announced that it had entered into a definitive agreement to acquire dlhBOWLES from Morgenthaler Private Equity (MPE Partners) for around USD255 million, the company said in a press release on 6 January.
