Acquisition expands Lear’s portfolio of thermal seating solutions for emerging markets
Kongsberg Automotive (KA) announces completion of sale of its Interior Comfort Systems (ICS) business unit to Lear Corporation, following European Commission’s approval on 25 February 2022, according to a press release published by Kongsberg Automotive on 28 February.
