Acquisition will strengthen ABC Technologies’ automation expertise and create a driving force in Fluid Management Systems
ABC Technologies completes the previously announced acquisition of dlhBOWLES from Morgenthaler Private Equity (MPE) Partners for cash consideration of around USD255 million, according to a press release published by ABC Technologies on 1 March.
