Indian supplier Minda Industries acquires 100% stake in Harita Fehrer
Acquisition will enhance Minda Corp.’s seating solutions portfolio
Indian automotive supplier Minda Corporation Ltd has acquired the remaining 49% equity stake in Harita Fehrer from F.S. Fehrer Automotive GmbH, the company said in a regulatory filing on 25 March.
