Blink Charging acquires EB Charging for USD23.4 million, adding over 1,150 EV chargers to its global footprint
US-based EV charging network provider Blink Charging Company announced on 26 April 2022 that its wholly owned subsidiary in Europe, Blink Holdings BV, has acquired UK’s Electric Blue Ltd. (also known as EB Charging).
