Gentherm to acquire Alfmeier’s automotive seating business
Acquisition will enable Gentherm to expand thermal and pneumatic portfolio for seating solutions
Gentherm has announced via press release on 4 May it entered into a definitive purchase agreement to acquire automotive seating business of Alfmeier Präzision SE (Alfmeier) for EUR177.5 million (USD186.69 million).
