Leoni sells automotive cable solutions business group to STARK Corporation
The required merger control and investment control clearances are expected to be granted within six months
German automotive wires, cables and wiring system supplier Leoni has signed an agreement with STARK Corporation, a wire and cable supplier headquartered in Bangkok to sell its business group automotive cable solutions, according to an official press release on 23 May 2022.
