EV Metals Group acquires Johnson Matthey’s battery materials business, CAMX cathode license for USD63 million
The Australian company intends to commercialize JM’s eLNO CAM technology using its integrated supply chain strategy
British specialty chemicals company Johnson Matthey (JM) announced via press release on 26 May that it had sold the bulk of its Battery Materials business to Australian materials company EV Metals Group for USD63 million (GBP50 million) cash.
