Blink Charging acquires SemaConnect for USD200 million
Acquisition of SemaConnect will add nearly 13,000 EV chargers to Blink’s existing footprint
Blink Charging Company, one of the leading providers of EV charging networks in the US, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire SemaConnect, Inc., a Maryland, US based EV infrastructure company, for USD200 million, Blink said on 14 June 2022.
