Volkswagen, Siemens make joint equity investment of USD450 million in Electrify America
With the new investment, Siemens gets a seat on the board and Electrify America is valued at USD2.45 billion
Volkswagen Group and Siemens have made a joint equity investment of USD450 million to support the growth of Electrify America, one of the largest public fast charging networks for electric vehicles in North America, VW said in a statement on 28 June 2022.
