Stellantis-Nidec equal JV company to start production of electric motors in France in 2022
Stellantis-Nidec JV has a planned capacity of more than 1 million motors per year from 2024
Italian-American automaker Stellantis N.V. said on 29 June 2022 that its 50-50 joint venture with Nidec Leroy-Somer Holding plans to start the production of electric motors in 2022 at the carmaker’s Trémery-based component manufacturing plant in France.
