Mercedes-Benz aligns global production network to manufacture luxury EVs
Mercedes-Benz plans to invest more than USD2.08 billion on retooling and upgrading its manufacturing plants in Europe to prepare them for electric vehicle (EV) production.
German luxury carmaker Mercedes-Benz has laid out a detailed plan to align its global production network to manufacture its all-new product portfolio focused on luxury electric vehicles (EVs), the company said in an announcement on 29 June 2022.
