Allego acquires European high power charging network Mega-E
Acquisition of Mega-E will add more than 100 sites and nearly 770 charge ports, mainly comprising the fast-and ultra-fast chargers, to Allego’s footprint
Allego N.V., a leading pan-European public electric vehicle (EV) fast-charging operator has acquired the charging network provider Mega-E for EUR33 million (USD33.28 million), Allego said on 11 July 2022.
