Aehr Test Systems secures USD12.8 million power semiconductor orders for EVs
FOX systems, WaferPaks, and the WaferPak Aligner are slated to be shipped by Aehr’s fiscal third quarter of 2023
Aehr Test Systems has announced that it received follow on orders worth USD12.8 million from its silicon carbide test and burn-in customer for multiple FOX-XP systems, a FOX high volume production WaferPak Aligner, and a small number of FOX WaferPak full wafer contactors for the growing electric vehicle (EV) market, it said in a press release on 19 July.
