Gentherm Completes acquisition of Alfmeier’s automotive seating business
Acquisition will enable Genterm to become the largest supplier of thermal, pneumatic comfort
Gentherm has announced that it completed the acquisition of automotive business of Alfmeier Präzision SE (Alfmeier), following its announcement on 4 May 2022, according to a press release published by Gentherm on 1 August.
