The collaboration will enable Teijin to produce biomass PC resin using the same BPA

Materials company Teijin has announced via press release on 9 August that it partnered with Mitsui Chemicals to develop biomass-derived bisphenol A (BPA) and polycarbonate (PC) resins aimed at supporting efforts to achieve carbon neutrality by reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions throughout product lifecycles.
