Aptiv to acquire 85% equity stake Intercable Automotive Solutions for USD602 million
Aptiv will strengthen its position in vehicle architectural systems
According to Aptiv’s press release announcement on 13 September 2022, Aptiv has signed a definitive agreement to acquire an 85% equity stake in Intercable Automotive Solutions, a subsidiary of Intercable S.r.l., for EUR595 million, subject to customary post-closing adjustments.
