BorgWarner’s acquisition of SSE will inorganically expand its footprint in China
Michigan-based global supplier of powertrain systems and electric mobility solutions BorgWarner has acquired China-based EV charging solutions provider Hubei Surpass Sun Electric (SSE) for CNY410 million (USD58.44 million), the company announced on 20 September 2022.
