Lumax Auto to acquire majority stake in IAC India
Acquisition is valued at INR5.87 billion
Lumax Auto Technologies has signed an agreement to acquire majority stake in IAC International Automotive India Pvt. Ltd, from the International Automotive Components Group (IAC Group), it said in a press release on 20 February
