Martinrea International announces acquisition of Effenco Development assets

Martinrea International, a global automotive supplier engaged in the design, development, and manufacturing of highly engineered, value-added lightweight structures and propulsion systems, has announced the acquisition of the assets of Montreal-based Effenco Development, which were acquired in 2022, according to a press release on 27 February 2023.
