Renesas to acquire fabless-semiconductor company Panthronics
Acquisition is expected to close by the end of the calendar year 2023
Renesas Electronics has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Panthronics AG, a fabless-semiconductor company, it said in a press release dated March 22.
