ZF signs multiyear supply agreement with STMicroelectronics for SiC devices
The company plans to use the technology in inverters for vehicles of a European car manufacturer whose production start is planned for 2025
German supplier, ZF has signed an agreement with STMicroelectronics (ST), a global semiconductor player to purchase Silicon Carbide (SiC) devices starting 2025.
