Samvardhana completes acquisition of 51% stake in interior-upholstery maker SIAAIPL
The enterprise value of the deal is 2.07 billion Indian rupees
Samvardhana Motherson International has completed the acquisition of 51% stake in Saddles International Automotive and Aviation Interiors Pvt. Ltd. (SIAAIPL), it said in a press release dated July 13.
