Forvia completes sale of the Cockpit Modules division to the Motherson Group
This transaction contributes to Forvia’s €1 billion asset disposal program by the end of 2023
Forvia, the world’s seventh-largest automotive technology supplier, announced the successful completion of the sale of SAS Cockpit Modules division (SAS) to the Motherson Group on July 31, it said in a press release dated August 1.
