Key Foundry and Vishay sign foundry agreement for long-term production of power MOSFETs
Mass production will begin in 2024
Key Foundry, an 8-inch pure-play foundry in South Korea, has signed a long-term supply agreement with Vishay Intertechnology for multiple power metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor (MOSFET) products, according to a press release on October 7.
