Continental divests Finnish spikes specialist Tikka Spikes to management team
All employees of Tikka Spikes will be taken over by the new owners, and supply, development and testing partnerships with Continental will be continued
Continental has announced the divestiture of Tikka Spikes Oy, a Finnish spikes specialist, to a management buy-out led by the company's current management team, according to a company press release dated Feb. 21.
