Betamek acquires Sanshin to expand its automotive electronics portfolio
Sanshin manufactures car audios and other electronics components, serving markets in Malaysia, Japan, Hong Kong and Thailand
Betamek Bhd. has entered into a share purchase agreement with Outsourcing Inc. to acquire Sanshin (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. for a cash consideration set at RM13.4 million (about $2.8 million), it said in a press release on April 1.
