New additions to the portfolio include 80-V and 100-V OptiMOS 7 MOSFETs and 40-V devices, designed for standard and future 48-V automotive applications

According to a press release dated June 11, Infineon Technologies AG is broadening its range of next-generation OptiMOS 7 metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistors (MOSFETs) for automotive applications.
