Samvardhana Motherson acquires Brazilian auto component firm Baldi for $7.8 million
The transaction is expected to be completed in the first quarter of the next financial year (fiscal year 2025/26)
Samvardhana Motherson Automotive Systems Group BV (SMRPBV), a wholly owned subsidiary of Indian auto components group Samvardhana Motherson International Ltd. (SAMIL), has agreed to acquire Brazil-based automotive supplier Baldi Industria E Comercio Ltda for $7.8 million, Autocar Professional reported Dec. 16.
