The merger, expected to be completed in mid-2025, requires shareholder approval and regulatory sanctions
Piedmont Lithium Inc., a key supplier of lithium products in North America, and Sayona Mining Ltd. have provided an update on their proposed merger initially announced Nov. 19, 2024.
