Samvardhana Motherson International Ltd. (SAMIL), a global supplier of automotive components headquartered in India, has successfully completed the acquisition of Baldi Industria E Comercio Ltda., a Brazil-based automotive component manufacturer, Autocar Professional reported May 3.
