Hanon Systems reports 8.9% YOY increase in Q1 fiscal year 2025 net sales to $1.8 billion
Despite revenue growth, the South Korean company's first-quarter 2025 profit dropped owing to tariffs and higher interest costs
Hanon Systems, a subsidiary of Hankook & Company Group, has reported an 8.9% year-over-year increase in net sales to 2.6 trillion Korean won ($1.8 billion) in the first quarter ended March 31, 2025. The South Korean company, a specialist in automotive thermal systems, attributed higher sales to favorable foreign exchange rates and increased production volumes.
