Lumax Auto to acquire remaining stakes in IAC India for $28.8 million
The acquisition aims to enhance Lumax Auto's presence in automotive interior systems
Lumax Auto Technologies Ltd., part of India-based auto component supplier Lumax DK Jain Group, has announced its plan to acquire the remaining 25% stake in IAC International Automotive India Pvt. Ltd. (IAC India) from IACG Holdings LUX SARL.
