Volvo Cars halts US plant production due to shortage of auto parts
Volvo has not disclosed how long the shutdown will last, but it is working with suppliers to address the issue and resume production promptly
On May 29, Volvo Cars suspended production at its Ridgeville assembly plant in South Carolina, US, due to a shortage of critical components, Auto World Journal reported May 30.
