Joynext launches UWB-based Child Presence Detection product

Joynext has begun delivering its first Child Presence Detection (CPD) product based on Ultra-Wideband (UWB) technology to the market. The product will be installed in vehicles from a well-known Japanese joint venture brand, aiming to enhance child safety in vehicles. It stands out as one of the initial mass-produced products in mainland China meeting C-NCAP's direct detection requirements for CPD using UWB technology. The UWB technology is acknowledged for its high precision, strong anti-interference capabilities and high penetration, making it a growing tool in the automotive industry.
