Over 82,000 vehicles are affected, with fixes available through dealerships or over-the-air updates

Kia has recalled over 80,000 of the 2025 K5 vehicles in the US due to a faulty software upload that resulted in malfunctioning parking lights, according to a National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) report.
