The Indian subsidiary is gearing up for a separate listing of its industrial business in India by the fourth quarter of financial year 2025/26

SKF India has announced plans to invest up to 14.6 billion rupees (about $170.5 million) by 2030 to strengthen its manufacturing capabilities across key facilities in the country, Press Trust of India (PTI) reported June 30, citing an investor presentation by the Indian subsidiary of the Sweden-based company.
