SK On becomes the first Korean battery maker to earn ISO 26262 level 3 certifications for cybersecurity and functional safety
South Korean battery maker SK On has announced that its battery management system (BMS) has received cybersecurity assessment (CSA) and functional safety management system (FSMS) level 3 certifications from TUV Rheinland. This development makes the company the first Korean battery manufacturer to achieve such international certifications.
