Nidec develops predominantly Chinese electric-car motor for Toyota's growth in mainland China
According to Nidec's CEO, about 99% of the materials and parts for the e-axle motor originate from mainland China
Japanese supplier Nidec Corp. is focusing on developing an almost entirely made-in-China electric-car motor to support Toyota in the mainland Chinese market, Bloomberg reported July 16, citing the company’s CEO Mitsuya Kishida.
