The acquisition will be funded through private equity investment and is subject to approvals from relevant governmental and European agencies
Lyten has announced a binding agreement to acquire Northvolt's remaining assets in Sweden and Germany, including Northvolt Ett and Ett Expansion in Skellefteå, Northvolt Labs in Västerås, and Northvolt Drei in Heide, Germany.
