Tata AutoComp expands European presence with acquisition of IAC's operations in Slovakia
The acquisition involves IAC Slovakia's manufacturing facility in Lozorno, which employs 800 people and reported $190 million in revenue for the fiscal year 2024
Tata AutoComp Systems Ltd., an Indian automotive components manufacturer, is set to enhance its operations in Europe by acquiring IAC Group (Slovakia) s.r.o. through its UK-based subsidiary, Artifex Interior Systems Ltd., Autocar Professional reported Aug. 7.
