The acquisition aims to boost Brose Sitech's product offerings and expand its automotive customer base in Europe
On June 24, Brose Sitech, the joint venture company of Brose and the Volkswagen Group that produces complete seats and seat parts, announced its decision to acquire the Foam, Trim and Lightweight Components business of Proseat.
