The completion of the transfer is contingent upon receiving necessary approvals from competition law authorities

DENSO Corp. has received approval from its board of directors to transfer its Spark Plug and Exhaust Gas Sensor business, including Oxygen Sensor and Air-Fuel Ratio Sensor business, to Niterra Co., formerly known as NGK Spark Plug.
