Borealis' expansion supports We4Customers strategy by enhancing PP compounds for consumer, mobility and infrastructure sectors

Borealis is committing over €100 million to enhance its polypropylene (PP) compounding facilities in Schwechat, Austria. The new production line is slated to commence operations in the latter half of 2026, increasing the supply of advanced PP compounds predominantly used in consumer products, mobility and infrastructure applications. This investment is part of Borealis' We4Customers strategy, designed to assist customers in achieving their performance and sustainability goals.
